@@otakumlbb9284 the best thing ive found is to try to make new memories with the things you used to share with someone. Like me and my ex used to go to certian parks or something, so it would hurt to drive by it. But I started taking my dog/other dates to those places and your brain rewrites the memory. Even if it takes some time
