What if he is not trying to convey through images the lyrics but instead making a statement that through all the mess and evil going on in the world he is going to be there until he dies? Just saying. My first interpretation of the video.
I enjoy the contrast between the two music videos. The Glimpse of Us was Chaotic but lonely, depressing, while Die for You, our main character is all alone but this time it’s rather peaceful. Contrasting how the character grew out of it even if it means leaving everything behind, especially his second family to take a deep breath. A lonely one but a genuine, moment of silence.
This is an anthem of sadness and emptiness. Have you noticed that some parts of the MV are empty? They convey how it feels to jump into the void and how it feels to be left alone in abyss or in the middle of nowhere.
This song is just AMAZING iha e listened to it a 100 times and honestly I just hit play for the whole album is just so good and literally a vibe. He’s a talented dude
this is not just a break up song but also can be interpreted as family love. As parent will inevitably pass away, they always hope their kid to be happy even when they are not around them anymore to share with and the unconditional love they have for their child so that they can "die for them". Not trying to make it up more than what I understand from the video, but there are some cut of little young animal and I interpreted it as young children in parents eyes.
@@theclipman9283 kids leaving home and being happy without their families and being so self absorbed in their life that they forget their origins it happen. but iknow this song is about a significant other but still this comment was an interesting take
This is the first reaction of yours I've seen, and I absolutely LOVE how much attention you paid to the emotional impact of the choices in arrangement and production! Joji always hits me hard, even when he's being more upbeat. He definitely knows how to capture and convey raw emotions!
Hi new subscriber is here Thanks for your reaction ;) Thumbs Up. Try reacting to 4TH IMPACT a Filipino girl group singing ‘BRIDGE OVER TROUBLED WATER’ (SO HYANG VERSION) Please, Thanks.
It’s weird, this song came out in a period where my girl and I were struggling I felt like our relationship was going to end and the day this song came out is when she broke up with me 🥺😊
