Actually Kars always know where to find red stone in the past of thousands years but he couldn't find someone like Speedwagon to hype his most fabulous moment.
I think there are many Japanese people who don't want to be like kars. Because the standard of Japanese beauty is actors such as Johnny's, who are feminine men. Of course I want to be like kars so I'm doing muscle training.
When you realize it, there's no wind in the scene, so Karz's hair flowing beautifully is Karz intentionally making his hair move like that for dramatic effect lol
Generally i prefer Dio and almost the rest of the jojo's main villains over Kars... But this moment of pure bliss and genuine satisfaction is simply unmatchable
Agree, but not exactly Pucci could not completely consolidate his victory There were those who could stop him Kars was only taking revenge for the murdered Vammu and Esidisi, already achieved his main goal
I love how Speedwagon spends his whole life freaking out about everything. I'm kinda sad he wasn't in Part III. He would've had an aneurysm when he found out Dio could stop time.
I find it kinda cute that the vampire says that the sun is most beautiful thing he has ever seen. It's something that most people can watch everyday but he's only able to see it once in a thousand of years.
Jevy Shades Short answer is yes. Long answer is no. And the summation of the story is "hopefully, in the end, yes". I'd ask if that clears anything up, but that would cause a farm in Germany to implode two weeks ago, killing millions in the process. Don't ask, you're better off not knowing why.
Speedwagon could easily make even the most ordinary encounter epic. Villain #118: Your journey is over, JoJo! This stand gives me the ability to shoot rocks from my elbows at over 30 mph! JoJo: Rocks from your elbows, eh? Speedwagon: 30 MPH HOLY SHIT
I'm in the US. With our current government and situation, the lockdown will be lifted long after we're all dead. If there even will continue to be a lockdown that is, because sadly half of our country doesn't even believe or care about COVID-19.
@@TheFirstCurse1 yeah, in north cal is not doing much better. We were this close to being lifted then the elections, halloween, and thanksgiving happened
@@fivenightsofrandomness9224 The lockdown is a good thing though. Sadly so many states (mostly southern states) refuse to lockdown, and they don't even enforce mask wearing.
@@TheFirstCurse1 Covid isn't that deadly once they figured out how to treat it. Stop falling for the fear mongering. Also, no lockdowns in the fly overs.
Imagine you and your friend fight some zombies and you friend, (with full netherite armour) dies and a zombie gets their stuff just before sunrise hits.
@@MrHj123 you hitting them weights....he's.....HE HAS THE WILL AND STRENGTH OF A LION!!!! HOW....HOW CAN A MAN MUSTER SO MUCH WILL POWER! IMPOSSIBLE!!!
Yea, heard about that novel. Jesus, 36 Kars. SPOILERS for part 6 . . . . It makes sense I guess cause Kars is immortal and so wouldn't die with the passing of time by Pucci. And it says Kars never returned to Earth or something right? So Kars could return now since it's not really the same "Earth". Araki's playing the long con man. I am also hoping that Giorno Giovanna survived with his Gold Experience Requiem's ability.
0:32 This instantly became my favorite scene in Battle Tendency. The way the light perfectly silhouettes him, the way his hair floats as if even the Earth's gravity itself isn't powerful enough to so much as pull down his hair, but especially, the thing that made it for me? The way he stands in the broad daylight, unafraid. Nothing on Earth can stop him, and he knows it. Something about the pose he's in, with his arms stretched out in the sun almost as if he's taking it all in, it just gets to me, man. Easily the best scene in Part II, in my opinion at least.
That's how Grant Morrison and his editor describes the cover of all star superman. In that famous cover, superman isn't posing with all his muscles flexed, chest out. He is instead seen relaxing, carefree expression on his face, sitting on a cloud. Because that's what a man who has nothing to fear from the world would be, relaxed.
Ok but can we appreciate how genuinely happy he was to finally see the sun, to see its beauty and to feel its heat. It’s like he has been waiting for this exact moment, to finally conquer and witness the sun.
I kind of wish they had him looking at it for a few seconds. Like it makes for a fantastically striking image to have it behind him from a visual standpoint, but it kind of works better narratively to have him stare directly at his old enemy before turning his back on it.
@@d1n0alg75 Well, to be fair, he did possess a different body, and since it's DIO we're talking about here, I suppose he's got a way bigger ego, which led to him not using his vampiric abilities. He's smart, that's for sure, but his pride occupied his head more, especially with how The World works. If not that, then I guess the term "Araki forgot" would apply here.
@@Endersoul-tx1of Yeah I guess you're right but it definitely seems like he knows he's still a vampire yet just doesn't want to use his abilities. His regeneration, for example, is still well used.
@@d1n0alg75 Pretty sure regeneration is always used... I mean, it's more of a passive ability if anything. But yeah, we need more buff Aztec Gods of Fitness in JoJo. Kars, Wamuu, AC/DC, and Santana isn't enough.
RU-vid comments be like: Speedwagon is such a traitor lol, hyping up the bad guy My man, the embodiment of perfection is standing right there. Kars is literally the strongest person in the JoJo cannon. Literally an immortal right there, this is on the same level as cosmic horror for reactions
Scenes like this are what make JoJo appreciable on so many levels In any other manga/anime this scene would have been played for laughs, with background characters commenting on the ridicolousness of the situation, yet here the reactions are completely different. A lot of absurd stuff happens to the characters but it never presents those situations as something to laugh at because the characters take it completely seriously and put their all into it. This is what makes JoJo so full of charm
Diego's SCARY MONSTERS Unless the ridiculous thing involves a comic relief character like Polnareff, Joseph or any of the Oingo Boingo brothers getting into wacky hi-jinks.
+Diego's SCARY MONSTERS because we already know from part 1 how broken are vampires (especially DIO), which makes readers think...what would happen if a vampire is immune to the sun, and can use hamon? then kars happened.

Generic shounen anime: defeat the villain in his most ultimate state with the power of friendship or the power of talk. Jojo part 2: no one able to defeat the ultimate villain, let the author do the works.
nowadays vampires sleep with witches to get some stupid ring to be able to walk on the sun even Angel nor the vampire gang in Buffy didnt think of daylight ring but Kars overcome the sun weakness i wonder if Dio did in his time as a vampire...
Roger-Charles Manga Really dropped the standard. Back when a Vampire can sparkle in the fucking sunlight. That shit was something that needed to be feared not romanticized. The minute Kars overcame the Sunlight; everyone completely shat in their pants.
This is truly one of the greatest moments in anime history where the viewer can only sit and watch in utter bafflement as the immortal being, Kars, whose only weakness being the sun basked in its beauty and all anyone could think was how the fuck were they gonna deal with him? Would they actually be able to defeat him?? And this is exactly what i and many people would call a cinematic majesty.
