Pucci being closer to the dark purple side of the image could signify that he is a dark and evil person while his stand being an evil looking thing is closer to the light in the image as it tells us Pucci's using these evil actions as means to an end to achieve the greater good for humanity. Since Pucci is a religious man who brings about the end of the world and kills many of his enemies, it makes sense that his Stand would be named after one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

Besides you can still hear him say White Snake just like Josuke still says Crazy Diamond and Bruno says Sticky Fingers.
