Seems like there's a recurring question as to where I got the box set, I bought it on Amazon Japan for around £100 Here's the link if you're interested in it - www.amazon.co.jp/-/en/%E8%8D%92%E6%9C%A8-%E9%A3%9B%E5%91%82%E5%BD%A6/dp/4086189380/ref=sr_1_6?keywords=jojos+bizarre+adventure+box+set&qid=1639663396&sr=8-6
does amazon jp ship internationally (with a international/non jp account)? just wondering how the buying process was because im contemplating buying jojo related stuff that is far cheaper on amazon jp
@@bleach___ What I did was create a new amazon JP account linked to my address in the UK, They automatically convert to your currency and include shipping costs for whatever is necessary before you confirm the purchase too if any of that helps
really damn nice but i'm from brazil so the shipping cost is a total absurd for the box, i'm probably getting 2-3 steel ball run french volumes because it's cheaper.. (still a little expensive lol) edit: i got sbr french edition T01, T05, T06, T07, T11, T19, T21!! they're going to arrive in 1 month and a half, rlly excited edit: aight another update.. the french manga order got cancelled like last week because they sold them without having a stock, so a few days later i found the sbr bunko box with a fair price. seems like im getting it lol
hope you can get them all, I'm also really excited cause the editorial "Ivrea" from Spain is going to start publishing Steel Ball Run mensually, so I'm trying to buy them, maybe you can buy this Spanish edition
Nah there won't be one. We'll have to wait for viz to translate. At the rate they're translating I think part 7 will be fully translated in like 2026-2027.
bro you are the first person that has manga and doesnt have a geeky voice btw do you know where to get engish version cause i have been looking around on comicwitch and i saw a guy order english from there but i cant see it so if you know anything please tell me and keep up the good work
Damn, hell if I know tbh. The only official prints aren't in English as far as I know. Viz would most likely produce books similar to the current prints of parts 1-5 with hardbacks
I can read most of the Japanese with a bit of help from google translate for certain words or Kanji as there are a lot of complex descriptions for the stand abilities and whatnot
@@REXae86 No as they have only just released the Fifth volume of Golden wind they normally release a volume every 3 months but the volumes are large and contain 2 volumes inside. So at this rate it’ll be a few years before steel ball run comes out in English.
It's my Major at university but I also need to constantly search things up so It's a nice fun way to learn japanese and it's also neat just finding fun phrases to use! Hope you can get through with google translate :)
@@domudomu is it legal lol, like can I make an account in America, then ship it from Amazon Japan. Stuff like manga is a lot cheaper on japans Amazon ngl.
@@ItsCovoshhhhh Yeh it's all legal lol. It's just like if you'd make an amazon yahoo auctions account, you can buy it then ship it over just paying the shipping and import fees which is why its all ok to do :) It may take a week or so but it'll come super easily. Also yeh manga is quite a bit cheaper in Japan
