say what you want about Ellen but she crawled and walked and Ran so people like Jojo could be comfortable enough to come out and love who they are! role models and representation are so important and seeing them sitting across from each other is such an interesting moment to see because Ellen is looking into the eyes of the future she hoped to create and Jojo is doing the same for so many people out there. and allies like Jenna being there is a nice cherry on top!

if you haven’t seen their work on dwts, do yourself a favor and see what magic they make. jojo is truly coming into her own and is doing a stellar job taking on partnering (which as a former dancer myself, i can confirm is much more difficult than doing solo or ensemble work). jenna is a brilliant choreographer and i absolutely love the bond these two have. jenna is the perfect mentor for jojo and has been such an amazing friend to her outside of practice and performances. i hope they stay friends for a long, long time because i think they really bring out the best in each other.

JoJo really loves what she does and she definitely has a connection with her dance partner. I never really knew what she was about. Go JoJo!
