JoJo Siwa and pro dancer Jenna Johnson earned high scores with their "DWTS" week ten finale fusion dance (Tango + Cha-cha-cha) to the song I Love It by Icona Pop feat Charli XCX.
It always happens they always have the better couple come second to make people watch and the meh couple wins (I haven't seen this finale yet) like the one two years ago with Milo and Whitney they came second even tho they were the better pair
She got more than a trophy out of this. She got an amazing friendship for life. She should be so proud of herself. Everyone knows she was clearly the best dancer… but on DWTS we’ve seen time and time again that the best dancer doesn’t always win (many many times in fact). I hope they are not too disappointed and feel like winners for all they have accomplished and the strength this partnership has brought to many 💕
That result is yet another testament to America’s obsession with celebrating men for being totally mediocre. Whilst not recognising women and how much harder we have to work to get any recognition. It’s true. The fact Jojo who’s been superior since day one didn’t win reflects misogyny. How’d Cody beat Amanda too... no one will remember iman in time to come but every one will remember Jenna and Jojo.
I really think they didn’t want the female couple to win because “that would be giving in to the agenda” or some shit like that and homophobic conservatice types would’ve pitched a fit
DWTS had their first female pair, SCD had their first male pair. "Let's Dance" (Germany) has had both: Two years ago their first female pair, last year their first male pair 😊 It's good to see the shows opening up and keeping up with the times
They were robbed probably due to some of the viewers not liking the decision of them to actually be a couple glad they made it the final though. I am British so have only watched clips
i love seeing them both... but honestly.. i dont get those 10 points by the judges... jojo struggles a lot giving us like 80%.. i feel they get so many points just bc they are 2 woman
Jojo danced very well and that has nothing to do with whether or not she's homosexual. I think that gets too much attention and her dancing is what shines here. I dont see why her sexuality needs to keep coming into the conversation lol it's really weird
People need an excuse for their homophobia. If she won people would have been like “its only because she’s gay” completely negating the fact that she can dance and has stage presence. At the end of the day she still made history. She really didnt need the trophy.
@@sharon21924 that's what I'm saying, jojo is a great dancer and I don't see why her sexuality needed to constantly be mentioned when it's her skill that matters in this case
