Giorno with gold experience requiem and Johnny with Tusk act 4 are the ONLY S-tiers because they are the THE ONLY THINGS that can negate Ultimate Kars abilities

Also ultimate could probably react to white album while getting launched from a volcano doesnt give you too much time to react. XYZinferno purple haze had a cure made so Kars could survive it. I think it only beats him cause of its astounding speed of infection. 30 seconds upon contact and even shorter is deadly for sure. Green Day’s power is purely stand power. If you are in it’s range you’re kinda done for. He could stop the mold but it’ll keep growing as long as he drops. Secco said it grows on any living tho g.

jett lax I can get wanting to set a bar for S tier but beating Kars doesn’t necessarily bring out the best a stand can offer. There are stands out there that are an amazing blend of power and utility but can’t beat Kars so they get shafted. I’d like to see the community come together and make a list around the concept of balancing capabilities with utilities if that makes sense.
