That last shot where Arthur is smiling through Harley’s lipstick through the mirror at the end of the trailer is superb, I really hope this movie gets nominated for Best Cinematography

What's really interesting about this is that it seems as if Harley is more so the one manipulating Joker and that's super intriguing.

That lipstick smile on the glass was just pure perfection.

Wouldn’t be really sad if this Harley doesn’t even exist. Like, it’s basically just his imaginary girlfriend. That would make this joker feel even lonelier. It would definitely be a interesting idea considering a lot of people have taken this particular version of the Joker as a symbol of loneliness.

first joker is one of the best movies ive ever seen. So powerful, incredible acting, makes me feel bad and sympathise with the villain, it was the first time I ever saw the humanity in the joker character. SO SO SO GOOD. Especially that last Murray scene literally almost made me stand up

I like the part where he's running away from himself. Like he's trying to get away from his sycophantic self, but it keeps catching up to him.

After last year where many were saying the comic book sub-genre was past its sell by date it’s really refreshing that the two major comic book films this year are so distinctive from each-other. That’s what people want I think, the cinematic universe still has legs but people want good, memorable, individual films. Films that stand on their own two feet and feel like they were made by a person with a vision not an algorithm.

The musical setpieces look visually cool and vibrant

Joker was one of my favourite movies of all time. It felt like if A24 had made a comic book movie. Whilst the Batman is my favourite comic book movie as it perfectly blends the arthouse with the big budget action, joker definitely nails arthouse.

The trailer was absolutely STUNNING ! I got chills at the end. Todd Phillips you’re a genius 🃏

Honestly I think it’s really cool to have a completely new take on Harley instead of trying to copy either Margot Robbie or the version from the animated series. The fact that she’s just another Arkham inmate instead of a psychologist is really interesting because this version of Harley and Joker can be more of a toxic codependent couple where neither one is the clear victim instead of the usual one-sided abusive relationship.

The original Joker is my favorite movie of ALL. TIME. And even I was really skeptical of how they would do a sequel. After this trailer though, I am completely hooked! Looks PHENOMENAL🔥🔥

Id be extremely shocked if this will make 1 billion like the first one.

The teaser was absolutely stunning! I loved the tone and the vibe of the whole thing. I wish we had gotten just a little more of a snippet of one of the musical numbers but the music for the trailer was perfect.

This is what DC needs. Last year was a bloodbath both critically and comercially. This looks fresh, unique and will appeal to people outside of DC fandom. This movie seems geared for the Barbie crowd, not DC which is a good thing.

I'm assuming that Shutter Island and New York, New York are the two next Scorsese movies that Todd Phillips took for inspiration

I still have no idea what to expect from this film. All I can say is, I can’t wait to see the R rated chaos Joker and Harley unleash on Gotham together.

This is a film I’ve been very hesitant about since it was announced. The first movie was very good and I liked it but it was also a movie I didn’t find myself wanting to go back and watch. I will say they did a great job with this trailer to get me interested in seeing this on the big screen. Love it when a trailer does its job to create interest.

This trailer actually made me feel a lot better about the movie it seems like they’re going to use the musical aspects to contrast his grasp on reality. I also think Gaga fits in great. Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn would be a little cartoony for a movie like this and I think Gaga from American Horror story Hotel vide will fit perfect.

Whoever edits the trailer for the Joker movies needs a raise. Every single one has cooked.

The Joker is my favorite villain of all time period. We can talk about whether a movie is perfect or not but I will defend that I think that was a PERFECT Joker movie. I would love for this to be a perfect Joker and Harley Quinn movie but at least I want it to be a good companion piece to the last one no pun intended. This trailer got me more hyped, the ending music to this trailer resembled the ending music to one of the first movies trailers. Was the first one to buy a imax ticket last time, will probably do the same.

Trailer looked great to me, I'm glad its going a different route from the first one.

Honestly I’m mixed on this one. The visuals and cinematography look absolutely ELECTRIC, and that last little bit was great - but there’s something about the story here that’s just not grabbing me.

This movie has some great potential! I hope it delivers

This looks really cool I was late to the party with joker 1 long story short I was with my very strict Baptist parents turned 18 got kicked out became homeless and am now just moving into my first apartment so I didn’t see joker 1 until a few months ago when I was first homeless but as always Sean awesome video keep up the great work!!

I think the first film is great and Joaquin Phoenix is an incredible Joker, so I was definitely excited to see more of him, and I'm a HUGE fan of musicals and I think Joker and Harley are characters that would work incredibly well in a musical setting. I really enjoyed this trailer. It was dark, intense, and looks like it captures a similar vibe as the original and the idea of Joker and Harley entering a whirlwind romance in an insane asylum and singing crazy musical numbers to each other sounds like an absolute blast.

First Joker was epic and I didn’t think we needed the sequel. This trailer seems to confirm that feeling, I’ll be sitting this one out. Romantic musicals really ain’t for me so I’m just avoiding my own disappointment.

I'm a huge musical fan & a comic book movie fan I'm still a bit hesitant but that's why I wanna see it so I can judge for myself.

JOKER 3 PLOT: After the events of joker 2 a few years have passed and things are worse than ever with crime running rampage with joker at the front of all. Gothams prodigal son returns to the city after a 7 year hiatus a glimmer of hope for better things to come but change takes time and promises feel broken. Meanwhile news reports of a vigilante start making headlines “is he cleaning up the city?” The joker becomes obsessed with this new figure and determined to meet him (this person stealing the spotlight from him) keeping with the musical themes. Joker gets desperate and his crimes more grand and spectacle like he’s putting on a performance in hopes that the Batman shows up(the great gatsby style). Until the Batman shows up when the joker takes over the capitol and they have a showdown in the middle of a court of jokers with Batman fighting off all of them at the same time.(either that or like a concert arena full of jokers almost like a final performance. The Batman in this movie is black and white he paints his whole face grey and instead of disguising his voice he just doesn’t speak no matter what happens he just remains silent until the very end when the joker is defeated and as a final request implores Batman to speak to tell him who he is he says “ I’m Batman” music to jokers ears. The end

Lady gaga honestly looks amazing as Harley Quinn. Like way better than I thought she would

I loved the first one and this one I'm a little sceptical about. I'm not a big fan of musicals but the clips in the trailer look cool

This blew my mind. Not sure if you guys remember Fall Out Boys' song called "America's Suitehearts". The music video was them being circus characters, and there's a guy who fell into a green goo which then turned him to a crazy clown type circus master. Then a girl watching him, who I guess kinda liked him, followed him to the circus and also fell into the goo. They then became sort of partners, that were crazy together. It's very simillar to a Joker and Harly Quinn love story. Coincidence?? And get this, the song "America's Suithearts" was from Fall Out Boy's album called FOLIE á DEUX... 😐 🤯

Like you everything I’ve heard about this movie has had me confused yet intrigued and after seeing this I’m definitely into it, even though I’m still not entirely sure what this’ll be lol

I really wish they kept Harley being his psychiatrist rather than a fellow inmate. I feel like Harley's fall into madness, from a psychiatrist with a morbid fascination for her psychotic patient to a flat out psychopath in her own right, would have been so much more interesting in the context of this dark and brutal take on the villainous duo.

Ahh,they take the musical therapy in Arkham then use Gotham as a stage for their own twisted musical interpretation. I love it!!!

Who tells us that this movie takes the musical to another level? Will this revive the comic in cinema, understanding that the script is what really makes a film? Will this be bad like a Godfather 2 or an incredible sequel like TERMINATOR 2? Hopefully someone like Philips, at Marvel, dares to do something truly serious with their characters and not make Spider-man like a new Peter Pan, always a child, this could encourage a C. NOLAN to make Torment of Tood McFARLANE WITH A REAL SPIDER-MAN AND NOT A SPIDER KID ? THIS TRAILER IS A JEWEL!

This movie looks promising, I like the different direction that they are taking it in! Lady Gaga is a great choice for Harley Quinn (hopefully this iteration can stand apart from the other iterations). To me, it is like a mix of a romantic musical (West side story) mixed with a psychological drama (think Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind or The girl on the train) combined with Joker. Visually, it looks like a feast, maintaining that colorful, whimsical aspect of the character while maintaining the grim and gritty aesthetic, which looks fantastic in my eyes.

Parts of it look so good… the sets and the shots are amazing , as well as that final shot , that gave me goosebumps. But, I just WISH it wasn’t a musical:/ I’m not sure if I rlly wanna see a sequel to the first one anyway and I’m especially not sure if I wanna go pay to see it if it’s gonna be full of musical numbers the whole time lol. I have nothing against musicals , I just don’t know how it’s gonna fit for this specific film.
