I’m really excited to try this out. My ledgetrapping has typically been my best asset but still not great, mostly cause I stick to the same options most of the time and it becomes predictable. This will definitely help me in the future. Good stuff as always bro!

Think you missed that shielding a get up attack gives you a free down smash even with shield stun because of jokers frame data, super useful against those you haven’t shielded at ledge against yet. Thanks for another vid! Quarantine really making you pump these out huh?

LilHueso i competed late in smash 4 and the beginning of ultimate until i decided to take a break to focus on content creating, but after this pandemic is over ima prolly start going back! i didnt get to use Joker in tournament since I picked him up when I started my channel. thx for ur support G!

Aye I love this video and all of ur joker content. I consider my ledge trapping one of my strongest areas, so I’m glad I do a lot of the things mentioned. Also do u think dtilt is viable for ledge trapping as a mixup? Or is dsmash always better? I use dtilt a bit in ledge trapping and it sets up for a quick fair or bair offstage if u catch your opponent off guard with a 2-frame or when they’re hanging on ledge. I don’t believe u mentioned it so just asking. Thanks for making these btw, they’re super helpful :)
Down Tilt can be useful for that for sure but I personally don’t use it that much because I find myself getting punished at times by dtilting a bit too close but it can 2 frame and catch opponents sleeping on ledge for sure! :D

Nice job as always bro, have you ever tried sheik? What are your thoughts on her? I was playing her just to try something new and she is amazingly fun to play, I use her to not get stale with Joker as she feels very similar but also extremely different. Let me know what you think man!
you’d be surprised how useful it is to reset neutral sometimes. yes you have advantage but a lot of people overextend while in this advantage state, taking them from advantage to disadvantage real quick. im not saying always go back to neutral, like if u have a true combo or kill confirm, but you have to recognize when they are true combos and when they are just pressure strings
i need help landing the fair one to set up for kills. like i know how to do it but its hard to land it when the opponent is moving and i end up just chasing after the opponent trying to do fair ones and they punish me for it. Any tips with landing fair ones
