There’s 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper ( Hindi lang nasama sa list pagedit.) Mixed ko sya with the stock cube powder. Oo walang salt kasi kung may salt hindi JOLLIBEE ang taste noon. ( stock cube has salt, oil from fried chicken has in it, Kasi ang gamit ko na oil is from the oil used from frying the fried chicken. Before frying the FRIED CHICKEN, its already SEASONED with different types of spices including salt and pepper. I used whole milk (mas creamy sya kesa fresh milk and evap milk). Thank You. Just follow the instructions, DON’T SKIP 1 process kasi you might not get the same color and taste. The gravy is doubled yummy after a day. Making a GRAVY needs a lot of patience. I STIRRED and MIXED FOR 15 minutes and I toasted (roast) the flour for almost 10 minutes because during the toasting process, FIRE SHOULD BE IN LOW HEAT. (Papait ang flour kung mali ang pagtoast ng flour) Ang purpose ng pagpagtoast ng flour ay para luto ang flour at may nutty taste sya. Increase the FIRE from the time that you put the water. I used glass for measuring the milk(250 ml=1 glass)
