If you would be eating spaghettis around the philippines, 99% of those would have cut up hotdogs and ham and it will be sweet since filipinos love flavorful things and sweet foods.

By the way, if I may, let me just correct something. We pronounce 'palabok' with the stress on the 'la' instead of on the 'pa' hehe. This video had me drooling. I'm happy that you like Jollibee hehe. Proud Pinoy here! Haha, the palabok and the spaghetti should be mixed before eating so that the flavors are distributed. But that's just how we do it here in the PH, but eat it any way you like hehe. And also most Pinoys particularly love sweet spaghetti that's why it's really sweet. It's actually advertised as "Sweet-Sarap" meaning deliciously sweet. And yasss, I love the gravy. You guys have to visit the Philippines someday soon!
