I love the way you incorporate all the best aspects of ambient into your music. From production based electronic stuff, to your (sadly) few film scores, to tracks like this that dive back to the roots of what made you love piano. Every time I listen to this; I feel calmness I feel soft as a snow I feel like its the time of winter even though its actually summer I feel happy like a baby on her mothers arms I feel like my mind has finally became quiet I feel like I can hear the cracks of burning wood when I dont even have a fireplace But the most important, I feel like its time to let go

The annoying bit is background static hissing that finally gets faded back nearing the 3 mins mark? It would be so much better if it had been recorded or produced correctly? So sadly not up to the expected standards from the legendary Jon Hopkins... so shan’t be viewing again... I hope the actual musical release is free of such gaffs? 🤔

Yeah if you are aware of his work on his own music and other artists produced by him you would clearly know that's by choice lol. Personally didn't find this song to be for me but your comment assuming it wasn't produced correctly by your standards is kind of goofy when referring to this guy
