I can understand why you would wanna stay with one company. But I would not be complacent working for one promotion I would like to rack up different championships & have accolades in my career by working for other promotions or in the indies bc then it’s like the territory days & you have a loyal fan base & you have a varied skill set & it also keeps you on your toes & keeps things fresh & new for you as a wrestler. Last thing you want is to go through the motions especially if your a creative person or in the entertainment industry

Their second run in 2017 only ended due to him having to leave to deal with his staph infection, their 2018 run ended due to Roman’s leukemia, and their final run in 2019 was literally dedicated to Moxley. That’s how I feel about my current job. My first year working and I’m on track to do $65k. I only work 4 days a week, 6-8 hours per night. Im making more money then I ever have, and now they’re changing things up and I’ve looked at other dealing jobs, and I don’t wanna leave, but it’s to the point where I feel like I literally have no choice.

(Keep your own tips) there’s a certain game no one wants to deal, so in order to keep that table open, we have to work 2 10 hour days. In order to change that, they’ve decided to throw in extra tables for an incentive to Deal Craps. The problem with that, it’s now become a 8 way split. And I make the most money. So I’m taking a pay cut.

@@harrybassi46474 so as before where I’m making $350-500 per night has dropped to $170-$225. Vs other dealers they was making $100 a night are now making $200 a night, so the only people it’s gonna benefit, are the ones who don’t make money. Very frustrating. I had another job offer about an hour and half away, offering around the same money, I decided to turn that position down in favoring this new system, however I’m realizing that was a mistake, I could probably get with the hiring manager to see if they’d let me re apply. Biggest downside to that is it’s an hour 1/2 away vs 15 minute drive to where I’m currently at.
