Jon Ronson's For the Love of Time Travel 

I didn't believe in time travel until I heard Cynthia's evidence. I still don't, but I did very much enjoy her fascinating tale about how she had egg and chips *and her husband had steak and chips* in a guesthouse in rural France. I am disappointed that she didn't specify exactly what they had for breakfast. Someday the truth will out. Until then, sadly we only conjecture about these vital details.

I used to love watching this at night.Think it was on channel 4.

"Maybe you can turn it on now and see if any of do travel through time during the course of the programme..."

Well I certainly felt time moving very sloooooowly when I was listening to the nice mumsy lady tell her story about France.

I remember these when first aired on channel 4 back in the 90's.

Most people in 2017 accept the paranormal and weird as matter of fact, regardless of whether they hold any religious belief. The weird or paranormal or other is generally accepted due to evidence and global mass experience. in the 1990s ( airing of show ), there was doubt in time travel etc, now we know that scientists considered it to be absolutely possible, if only one way. It's important to keep an open mind to experience. Those that say it did not happen have no leg to stand on rationally, because they were not there or did not experience it. Just because you don't believe does not mean it did not occur. The universe is bigger than any one individual's point of view.

I'm just skeptical when matey boy rants on about his time machine, but wont show any evidence, now he says its because it would take up half the program to explain, so when he arrived, of course no one had asked about it, & yet hes not a good time traveller.. Now the lady who believes she experienced it in France, now why would you get your husband to take a picture of you at the window and in the same instant her friends husband had done the same... Yet if this was time travel wouldn't the owner of the motel/hotel whatever think what is that you've just arrived in... I think she had a dream... The other lady sitting next to the host... I believe she time travelled back to the same Barber Bruce Forsyth uses, lol.. Either that or its his sister... Sorry without any proof, and there was none, only peoples word... That doesn't prove anything... You have to produce evidence...

It's possible and likely that time travellers are among us sight unseen in the present. If a person in a small town house invents a time machine or one is developed in a lab, 35 years from now, how would we know if someone has gone back in time. Scientifically time travel is possible back and forth through time. Cynthia is talking about a timeslip probably
