What a wonderful song, timeless and a first class performance by Jon and the whole gang. The official music video for this song is also fantastic! Thanks Jon and God bless you always.
I loved his first two albums. To me they were worth his entire career in greatness. However, I do not like how he cheats a lot of his vocals. Meaning, yes, I get he dropped the key a lot cuz he's older now, but he doesn't hit the higher notes in the lower note scales. All his vocal runs are all easy and sometimes he will just stop singing until the lyrics that have lower notes in them. Very bad indication, considering he is known for his power baritone. All he had to do was bring the key even lower then and THEN hit the higher notes in the scale he was singing in. Oh well, I'll still have his first two albums to love and that's good for me.
One of my favorite singers. Where is the intensity? Compare to earlier videos, his face and eyes, body was so intense. His face is frozen, eyes expressionless. What happened?
I'm a huge fan of jon Secada but the truth is I was too young to appreciate that a live concert would not sound like the original and I was very disappointed with the different pitch etc when at the concert .I left thinking the performer was an imposter .
