As a South Afridan I speak for most South Africans that we love Jonah Lomu, When Springbok Joost vd Westhuizen was already sick and not to far from dying, Jonah came to visit him at the time here in our country. That was such a noble act , we will never forget it ever. To his wife and sons, good luck with whatever future legal processses that might happen, hope u are successful, we are rooting for your guys. Don't give up sis, Fight for your kids rights...why don't they question Jonahs lawyer to see why he didn't set up a trust for Jonahs family , he was a lawyer that was familiar with trust .. i knew Nadene before jonah and she was in real estate and owned her own property before she met Jonah. Malo Nadene my heart goes out to you and your boys its not right what has been done to you. You deserve to be the person who is the rightful owner of Jonahs Legacy, Company or his Copy rights that he left to you and your boys. Everything that was his is yours why should you be fighting for what is legaly yours? Jonah would be so hurt knowing what you are going thourgh it is a travisty that this is happening. I watched the whole 29 minutes hoping that at some point I would grasp exactly what the grievance was. The penny never dropped so I came away understanding she is upset about something but not sure exactly what. I could not quite grasp her point about the Lomu documentary either. Surely anyone can make a documentary about Edmund Hilary, Adolf Hitler or Margaret Thatcher - you don't need to be a relative to do that.

Actually as a direct spouse or family member you can sue for defamation, invasion of privacy or right of publicity. But if Jonah had signed an agreement with that company prior to his passing then its an uphill battle.

He said keep fighting. Just make sure your fighting the right fight. The word money seems to be emphasized more than his legacy. Let go or be dragged. That devine presence will balance it out if you don't over push it. Your resent is overpowering and rubs off on all around you. Bottom line is I think your negative vibration and victim status scares people away. There is a way of approaching these touchy subjects. It's not the money it's the way your doing it. Jonah signature was definitely forged. Who in their right mind makes their lawyer the executor? Nah the lawyer that done the will, is a conflict of interest. But he used to sit, and the head of the board that makes this judgement. He actually is the beneficiary of over 100 of his clients. There are plenty of pacific island attorney/ lawyers in NZ that she can speak too for advice about Jonah Will if she was forced to sign a document under duress, don't worry about Pacific island communities they are not waiting for you to fight for them, as parent she should be protecting the boys from all this drama, instilling anger into their minds about their deceased father estate is irresponsible, jonah signed an agreement with his company to use his name, that's a legal contract, she saying if she didn't sign his Will will not be administered,? uggh.. there are plenty of legal assistance she can access for help here, is she tallking about Jonah trademark or Nadene trademark??? she accusing the powers to be of treating her and the boys badly? who are these ppl, parts of her explanation is confusing, Jonah 2nd wife Fiona was his manager when they were married, she helped set up Jonah business, LOMU INC she put everything in place for Jonah brand it wasn't about her, Jonah Inc took on a life of its own, wanna keep his legacy going this is the way to do it, Jonah was an icon and lots of good things to do with rugby came about with his brand.

The powers that be are his long time Lawyer - Christopher Robert Darlow. He stole the intellectual property of the Lomu name and brand so that he would profit of it every time his name or image is used. This was a breach of trust and his Lawyer acted in bad faith. Are you serious? She has a legitimate right to Lomu's estate given she was his next of kin not to mention she is still raising his kids. She was taken advantage of by a dodgy Lawyer who needs to be investigated for malpractice - Christpoher Robert Darlow. He acted in bad faith and failed to properly manage Jonah's estate as the executor of his will upon Jonah's death. He owns the Lomu trademark and is the sole beneficiary of the brand. She's not playing the victim - she is the victim. She shouldn't be blamed for being used by a blood sucking leech ffs. She needs to take this story to the media and shout it form every roof top until she gets what she deserves. And drag this Lawyer through the mud like he deserves. What an absolute disgrace he is.

Seems very much a 1 way street, pasifika take take take, and if they don't get and the racism tag gets thrown out. NZ would be just fine if not another Pasifika individual entered the shores again. Yet if (god forbid) a natural disaster were to occur in one of those islands NZ would be forced to cover costs yet if it were the other way around nothing would happen. That’s actually a legal requirement. He could no longer be held responsible for any of his businesses actions so it had to change to someone’s name and his children weren’t old enough.
