Oh God! It's been one of the most tragic things of my life that I've never been able to go and see/hear Jonas Kaufmann sing a recital of lieder. It's perhaps a good thing, too, as I am sure I would be so overcome by the beauty and exquisite nature of his voice (not to mention his person) that I would have melted into a large puddle of drool and had to be scraped up off the floor! Bravo again Jonas Kaufmann and Helmut Deutsch - the lieder kings. ❤ Thank you so much Mecely.
