Seventh song-Creepy Doll Recorded live at Temple Bar Santa Monica CA October 9 2006 Creepy Doll Even Creepier in nightvision MP3s of this performance graciously made available at spiffworld.com. Check out his amazing JoCo/WoW videos too.
If all his live performances were like that I can understand why he is so popular. He sings great and the mood is so at ease like he is your friend that wants to show you something.
Thats weird. In the version of Creepy Doll I heard before, he says "So you scream and you close the door." Not, "So you scream and you head downstairs." Oh well, either way this song still kicks ass! This is one of my favorites.
Loads of JC's music is way better than many of the newest releases nowadays. ++for being himself(which is incredibly entertaining) during live shows :)
its not called laughing at him, they're laughing with him, he makes the joke, he gets a chuckle or two, the other people laugh too. and the lyrics are funny
I think it basically because that in his insane rush to kill the doll he kills himself, cause the room becomes like the box, filled with suffocating smoke, so he becomes like the doll, that's what I can gather from it..
@BOYasd It's really easy to look up info on Still Alive and plainly see Jonathan Coulton listed as the artist. Though some sites list the artist as Glados, which is the game character.
omg i love the acoustic version better than the normal... the normal sounds so electric and studio, this is like MUSIC. 0.o yea i had to get that off my chest too
Dolls are creepy especially Porcelain(sp?) dolls! I think they move around in my house at night, haha. I found one its eyes almost seemed to follow me in my room, haha. And people thought I was crazy, lmao!
@ZekeDelsen42 Yes it was, I'm pretty sure his name was even in the credits. And no, Satan loves me. I should know, I'm his best friend. We're going bowling with Khorne today, my Xbox is broken.
