I pray he and Blue just tear it up this year, if we can introduce CJ Baxter to some game reps slowly and acclimate him to the speed we’ll be good for years to come at RB
A little worried about the interior offensive line, Bijan made a TON of guys miss behind the line of scrimmage last season. If Texas can clean that up, Brooks and company could have a great year.
Keep in mind, last year our interior was Freshman Cole Hutson, Sophomore Jake Majors and Sophomore Hayden Connor. That’s really young and full of inexperience. Not to mention we moved Connor from tackle last year and we also have 5 star DJ Campbell in the wings. I have complete faith that we can get improve yearly and on the cusp of having one of the best lines in the country
They have the best oline coach in college and other than Majors were very inexperienced last year. People have forgotten that going into the season thr oline was expected to be a potential disaster. Also, they have more depth and DJ Campbell may steal a starting spot.
And he just got hurt this past weekend smh having a great season but at least he already broke 1000 yards and like 300 receiving with 10+ tds in 9 games! And to think he wasn’t even the starter like the first 4-5 games
