Jones Gravel Road Plus bike with 60-622/29x2.35" tires on wide rims, in slow motion 

The tires in this video are Schwalbe G-One Speed, 29 x 2.35" (60-622) set up tubeless. They are around 530 grams each and have a thin and flexible casing. The Maxxix Grifter has a stiffer casing and is around 885 grams and I do not think they are tubeless compatible so you would need to use tube making them heavier. The 120TPI Vee Speedster 29x2.8" tire is 980 grams but it is tubeless compatible so without a tube it is lighter than the Grifter. Cornering is great with all the traction and bump absorption. It's much better than with narrower tires or on narrower rims which would require more air pressure, causing less rubber on the ground and a rougher ride with less traction.
