How is it on the road? Also, how about the weight? It’s really heavy - any challenges there?

The weight is about 25lbs it is all steel frame. If you plan on doing alot of road riding I would get the tires with less aggressive tread

I'm curious on how you plan to install a pinion gear box. You would have to cut your frame and have it welded in. Or do you mean an internal geared hub?
