Actual depression is far worse than taking a break from fighting - Izzy is remaining active in the gym, taking care of himself and actively making content. Depressed people don't take care to stay healthy. Secondly, if calling one of the best and most successful fighters in the world a "kid" makes you feel better...well go a ahead mate.
