"I think about all the people we tend to forget. I think about all the orphans in the world. I think about all those without a house." 🍉 Well said 🙌 Justice for Joost Klein
Eurovision is highly political and operates on double standards. If Russia was barred from participating due to their unjust war against Ukraine, why was Israel allowed to participate as an honored guest despite similar controversies?
By disqualifying Joost from participating in the final, the EBU declared him guilty even before the police investigation was completed. Talk about decent standards of behaviour.... Besides, if this anonymous camerawoman had simply respected other people's boundaries (something she herself, as a woman, probably shouts the loudest in life... hashtag metoo), none of this would have even happened. Talk about decent standards of behaviour.
It's messed up that he got disqualified over an "incident" but nobody said he sexually assaulted her, so mee too is not even being invoked. Utterly off-topic, you are seeing ghosts (or you're projecting)
@@happyhouse4948Exactly. I was just about to say it’s hella weird to bring up metoo. It’s very disrespectful to female victims of assault and has nothing to do with the topic at hand.
He won’t be because he doesn’t deserve to participate. He is antisemitic and full of hate . This is about music and love and he took a political stance and also violently attacked one of the staff member backstage. He violated the rules and therefore he was suspended from rehearsal and not allowed on stage . I hope he is disqualified and won’t participate tomorrow in the finals . Your country is not to blame for his behavior but there are consequences for his actions.
At the VERY end you can see Eden Golan giving a nasty look after he’s done talking while touching her hair and I hate that and her she should have been disqualified JOOSTICE💙🇪🇺
Idk but all the comments personally attacking him say more about y’all than about him 🤷🏻♀️ Ad hominem attacks just show that you don’t actually have anything to say against him but go off I guess
The people of Israel are so stupid that some of them are saying that Joost was supporting them... they did not understand the song, they are incapable of complex information analysis, even many Europeans did not understand either, it was not a nationalist or continentalist song. Not being accepted into a perverse regime is a compliment! I LOVE YOU, your song united all human beings in the world, those who believe themselves superior either did not understand the song or if they did and were filled with hatred against youe
Well done to you for speaking up with all those bullies all over around the world and all those comments in here from a fake paying country! ❤️❤️❤️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
His crazy stage presence and fun campy gimmick are perfect for the ESC, the emotional ending of his song is beautifully sincere, and his no-nonsense irreverant (and full of "Dutch-bluntness") attitude is an antidote to the more cringe/fake bs of the event.

Unbelievable how quick and confidently people can come to very strong conclusions based on so little information. There is a difference between speculation and clear observation of truth. There is literally nothing that suggests that Joost hates jews, Israel or the participation of Israel in the ESC. This is all just in your heads. The man is utterly vague in his expressions, and you’re all obsessed with the Gaza conflict. People should be more interested and invested into psychology and their own cognitive distortions instead of constantly projecting their shadows onto others, society and complex, far-away conflicts they’re not a part of. Your disability and unwillingness to be neutral, really listen without added assumptions and inspect yourselves with brutal honesty and vulnerability are the exact source of any conflict that exists. You think you’re on the good side of humanity by fiercely choosing sides and make a stand, but you do nothing to solve it. Instead you even fuel it further so that you can keep having these abstract targets to project your own personal, unresolved anger and frustration onto.
Well he didn't want to be photographed with the Israeli singer, she filmed him anyway and mocked him for it. I do think there's some moral revulsion towards Israel on his part. You're also forgetting about the "Why not?". But yeah, what he said in this specific clip could be interpreted in many different ways

Friesenjung ❤ 🇳🇱 Joost may act a bit arrogant on the surface but I think he is saddened by some deep issues in the world. 😢💔 He thinks of the people without homes and people without money.
@@tokkiestan6901the small brain belongs to socialists importing 3rd world killers into their country destroying it and having the elite virtue signaling against the only democracy in the ME because of deeply rooted antisemitism
I think I know why he was disqualified, not only because he had popular vote and wasnt binairy? enough, but because he made a subliminal diss to EBU here. He was a threat to their lgtb agenda.

I think any real human in that contest should drop out of it turns out that they are do all this to him for the " why not " comment. If its true that he hit someone, and its proven then whatever i dont care.
I think Eurovision is a good contest compared to others, with "why not" you create a wrong system where politic come inside... many where pro Palestine, nobody insulted them, but INSIDE the contest are not allowed this behaviors. Israel to me will be banned from now, not for political motivations... simple is impossible avoid politic with Israel inside. I don't care your position, you CANNOT show it during ESC.
@@Yep6803 I think you are on to something... let me add to what you said: by including Israel you allow politics to enter the contest, by allowing and suggesting to specific artists that they may not answer if they think so you allow politics in. By disqualifying contestants with such cheap excuse you not only allow politics in, but you choose sides in politics. (No official announcement claims physical violence or proves harassment, to this point and to my knowledge). I am not so hopefull tho, I don't think they will not invite/allow Israel in esc2025.
Fuck yes joost zo gezegd zo gedaan 😂 . Bam breng het woord zeg het veder wees niet boos wees niet kwaad dat kost je een dag , vanavond je mocht je al een repatietie . Rock hem tijdens de live ik zit klaar verwacht het . Maak je statment
The answers or Joost: Ahm ahm I dink... The answers of Eden: *Long and fulfilled with senses answers, high English proficiency, sharing love and music, answers uncomfortable question"

@@miketomlin6040 everyone knows what people mean by that (they will be with you in your mind/heart). Do you also think that people that say they 'explode with anger' really exploded?
I can name at least three festival rules that this man has broken here. And we still don't know why it is under investigation. But it's clear: he likes to be the center of attention, he wants to cause a scandal, and it seems that someone may be using him politically.
Your reaction is to the point. He went fast to higher ground, but has fallen today. When he is not in de middle of attention he change to a missbehaved person.
Well, knowing Dutch people and Dutch guys in particular, Joost is one more overconfident showing off guy. I don't think his comment was politically intended, it was just a stupid comment of a boy. Should he be judged for that? Yes! Should he be expelled? No!

The world is a little more complicated than that. A lot of people are able to grasp that the holocaust was very bad AND THAT‘S WHY nothing like it should ever happen again. Even when Israel is the one committing the genocide.
