JOP, Q3: Role of a Justice of the Peace 

Ask the "justice" friend if they operate under their public oath of office.....he/she does not!!! Just like the unlawful law enforcement. You know not the law. ALL enactments are required, somewhere, somehow, to be compliant with the law, the law IS God's Law, the common law of the land defined as: nothing that passes by enactment is the law of the land. ALL of your courts are foreign (Roman-civil-law) private courts with no legal or lawful public jurisdiction or authority to fine or imprison; and forced civilian participation is unlawful. All of man's laws (legal) becomes unlawful for failure to be compliant with the law (God's Law known as the common law). The common man has the right to his common court (where none are trained at law/ no foreign private law society member as they have no standing in a common law court of record).
