Welcome to the M0OGY Radio and Antenna Review channel.
In this video I take a look at the new Jopix CB-80 multi-norm hand portable Citizens' Band Radio transceiver.
It looks a compact , robust product ideal for regular out door use.
The radio is available directly from Pihernz in Spain.
I have always found them a great company to deal with.

Thanks for the information Darren, "Out Of Stock" on their website usually means they haven't received any yet, I've not seen any in England.

@@m0ogy there was a SSB handheld, the Albrecht AE-2990 AFS. I'm not sure how well it sold as it was quite expensive

@@russellbaker7098 there was one the same as the Albrecht AE-2990, but before it called the Magnum 1012 and I owned one and reviewed it way back 13 years ago. the trouble was they had a big battery case that took regular batteries. I'm sure with modern tech, it could be put into one of these or the bigger version or President Randy III .
