The time has come to face the most delicate topic in Jordan, the topic of the Palestinian minority; actually, are they a minority? This controversy is only the first of many when we start digging and the deeper we dig, the denser the atmosphere. Hence, the episode is not an easy one, but sometimes we need to talk about uneasy issues as well.
Considering the above, I have very little material of my own - in Jordan itself, people avoid it completely and the academic world tends to focus on the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, forgetting those living across the river Jordan. So I focus on what I do best, I guess, the historical side of this multilayered problem. Worse still, I needed to download most of my photos and clips off the internet and I am very sorry about it... But the story is so fascinating that it needs to be told, obstacles notwithstanding!
