Hey great stuff with that rookie year insight. I’m a huge Turner fan and was down on JP but on field I always preferred him to Elijah (talk about being “forgotten”). We can buckle down, hitch the wagons to JP and Isaac (freak) and become that Saints/Steelers type of team but the defense is giving up far too much.

Good point on the defense Sorensen is struggling to figure it out in year 1 but I also have to wonder how much Staley has to do with it

@@WizezI’m telling you brother I’d love to just send you some stuff to use. This team is my escape and gets a lot of my brain power lol. Anyway, I tried reaching out to different insiders/analysts of the 49ers back in August when I heard Sorensen mention going to a 3-4. It boggled my mind and wanted to know if there was any truth to it because I heard NOTHING coming out of camp. Only possibility of 3 DL that I even considered plausible was a 3 safety look. I hardly see any of the stunts that DeMeco used to unleash. Dre Greenlaw will make a big difference. And as I’ve been saying DeMo > Ward when it comes time next year unless we let Huf fly but I’ll leave that for 2025

Achilles injuries are tough they get inflammation fast and takes a lot of time to heal each time I don't see what you see in Mason as far as reading gaps and blocks he may get there but I have seen a lot of missed opportunities that CMC would've picked up off the defense before the snap
