A run down Jordanelle, an advanced-intermediate Deer Valley trail that stretches 1,380 feet down the resort's lower half. Starting at Little Baldy Peak, the run extends down to the resort's very bottom elevation at the Jordanelle Ticket Office. Filmed in March 2021; conditions were early-spring-like at the time.

As someone who skies Snowbird and Alta somewhat regularly, I’ve found deer valley to be a great “rest day” resort, or a great place to take more intermediate friends. This run gets so skied off but the views are great!

The Bird is my favorite resort ever, but I may have had some of my best expert skiing days ever at deer valley. Just lapping Empire chutes is some of the easiest long double blacks to lap ever. When the conditions are right, may flower chute can be awesome too.

This run is a great way to get in and out of the resort. I usually only ski it one time: when I am headed home.

They’re developing this side of Deer Valley with a huge resort going in on the Hwy 40 side. So right now it sounds like a great idea to park your car and access Deer Valley from here to avoid the crowds but at the rate we’re going, you know this secluded section will get “swallowed” up by Park City pretty soon!

To be fair, this is very late into the season. Mid season this run isn’t too bad.

Wow! I didn't know that trail existed. The Jordanelle side is where I usually park and I will use that trail now to get back without taking the gondola down.

It’s a beautiful trail to ski, and the views from it are truly unmatched compared to anywhere else in the state. While it is a top-100 trail globally it’s snow quality holds it back a bit.

It's a great trail after January 15th. It takes alot of snow for you to ski all the way to the bottom by the Jordanelle 🚡 Express. As a result, makes me wonder how the future Mayflower Resort will fare since it's on the same side with about the same elevation 🤔. This trail is best done in the morning before 11AM and following the sun to the various peaks.
