I can tell he's really regretful over his actions. Especially when he made sure to tell everyone he is a leading trainer. And I feel much better knowing that it's all about the horse, even though all evidence points directly to it being completely not about the horse but about the name and prestige the horse gives you. The sad part is is that this guy will come out of prison and proclaim himself as the scape goat, the fall guy for everyone else in racing that abuses and misuses the horses, and he won't be wrong, but people will dismiss it because he's now a criminal, he's so bad even the FBI got involved! No one else in racing could be like that! 🙄

I know it sounds like a broken record.the bettors who keep these scumbags employed are the ones who get screwed.the track never refunds any lost money that was lost wagering on the corrupt races.as a horseplayer I had friends of mine that were astute handicappers and made money playing the races.there were recreational bettors that would hang around my group of friends and complain about the certain drug trainers and say how can you bet on guys like him.we would always say just join them because you can't beat the drugs.obvious the trainers who are cheating there win percentage defies logic when you take into account the history of it.also it's funny how certain owners like Mike dubb who everyone thinks is a saint because of what he has done for the backstretch workers in new York has the drug trainers training his horse's.the game is corrupt and is dying.this is the reason my friends in I have no interest in the game anymore.i know I am going to get comments saying you all quit because you lost,and you don't know Mike dubb etc.etc.i am telling what I know and there's alot more I could share,but I will leave it be.btw don't think Gabby gaudet doesn't come from a family of crooks either.her dad wasn't a saint and either was Maggie wolfendale's father.time to come clean the truth hurts.
Speak out about the dirty people because what is happening needs to come to light because these animals don't deserve this. I have always had a bad vibe from Bob Baffert, and I always get a lot of hate from that because people want to say he is some great trainer, but if u do the research and look at all the records, reports, studies, articles, etc it's bad. He has been doping horses for years, and has never had serious punishment like he deserves. He has had very suspicious stuff going on. I wouldn't be surprised if Bob Baffert is a part of the whole doping scheme that got a lot of people charged and put in jail. A lot of dirty people everywhere and it's sad.

Would have been nice to have someone ask him some good questions. Another example of horse racing covering up for itself. He did say he needs to clean up which sure sounds like an admission of guilt. Only way this sport can clean-up is to get the government involved. This is organized crime. If they could get Capone they ought to be able to clean-up horse racing. Funny how nearly ALL of the negative videos including his infamous "Juice Man" video have been scrubbed from youtube.. Imagine that, a stand up guy like Jorge Navarro was not only a juicer but the damn kingpin.. We won't talk about the ones like Sharp Azteca yet but poor goddamn XYJet was stuck with needles over 50 times in one day before his heart attack. That horse was did everything he should have and was destroyed by the absolute worst of the worst. Prison will be the best thing this sack of crap has to look forward to.

And my friends wonder why I don't bet horses anymore, this guy is as slimy as it gets. Wait until you have a few key horses get narrowly beaten by horses that come back positive, you'll quit too. It's sad, really. The game is so polluted today, does anyone really think today's trainers that consistently win at percentages far greater than Charlie Whittingham, Woody Stephens or Mac Miller ever did are better horsemen? Face it, the game is a shell of what it once was and the industry people are either clueless or have just given up trying to fix it. They're all just praying it doesn't completely implode before they make it to retirement.
I'm glad that this cheater is finally being sent away. Everyone at Gulfstream knew about his abuse. Everyone at Monmouth knew. Everyone at Saratoga knew. Everyone from all around the world knew that he was one of the biggest liars and cheaters in the sport. His abuse that led to killing XY Jet and several fatal injuries have finally resulted in the end of his career and hopefully a lot of jail time. Navarro is the worst trainer in the history of thoroughbred racing-even worse than Dutrow. He was already caught for doping using cocaine and other PED injections in the past. He should have gone away then. I hope he gets destroyed in prison.

hey, I give NYRA credit for actually interviewing the guy, but lets all face it, the guy is a juicer...as a bettor, I really don't care as long as he is a consistent juicer and at Monmouth he was a consistent juicer (50% win rate)...if the other owners and trainers don't have a problem, why should a bettor? maybe because they all do it, he just does it better than them
Just because Jorge may do it better than the rest, it doesn't make it right! It's animal abuse Any way you cut it! If it makes you feel good to bet on horses that have been juiced IMHO, you are no better than the juicer. It's dirty money! Why would a trainer who already has a good horse juice the horse? The racing world would be a much better place if they just let he horses run on their own merit! These drugs do not insure that they will win the race. However, they can insure that these horses can die of heart attacks right before the finish line.
Navarro's horse's can look real good in the pp's, albeit usually as a short price. He can have horses that look equally as good to win, one might win and one might run up the track out of the money. Makes it hard to gauge especially at Gulfstream P. where he has so many starters. I wont play the pick4 to often if he has a horse that looks like a single, because it could win or run 6th.
@@lired70 they don't care if the horse wins or dies, many of the horses are insured and they can collect a bigger insurance payout on a horse that died from colic or a heart attack than what the horse may ever win in its lifetime. There's a reason so many don't live to their full lifespan, same for top show horses across many disciplines. The only credit I can give the Jockey Club is that they only allow breeding and registering foals with live cover, no IVF or AI, so there is some added incentive in some cases to keep the horse alive for many years to come for breeding purposes and profits made there, whereas with breeds that allow AI/IVF and surrogate mares, they can potentially collect and store a multitude of eggs and in particular semen, and the horse can still collect stud fees, embryo sales, foal sales, etc for years after its "sudden" and "tragic" death from colic, aneurysm, heart attack or sudden severe laminitis, or even worse, a barn fire, and then the subsequent insurance check. It makes the horse's lifespan less important.
