Regarding the use of steroids, Canseco always comes as an honest person to me, he even admitted that it affected his sex drive, that's a lot for any man to say
Hes not a man. Hes a little boy who needs his juice to feel like a man. He fake fights for money and writes books snitching for money. Hes a greedy Cuban.
Canseco the best in batting. ⚾️⚾️ people could cut him down all they want but I want you to know the fans will never Forget him there was a lot of fans that were all for Canseco. More love than hate!!!!!!! ⚾️
@@hw5091 Even if he had not had those 2-3 years taken away, he lost time from the strike and the last 2 years he was under played; basically if 1-2 of the 3-4 things that went wrong (injuries, strike, collusion to suppress player salaries or his blackballing) hadn't happened he'd have his 500 and assuming he didn't write the book he would have gotten in. He could do it now if they let him in and when he gets a hit let his daughter run the bases for him (that would sell tickets.)
agree. i think he has the numbers even thought he had a lot of injuries. For him to post better numbers in 98 then he did in 88 says a lot about the player he was. he just had tons of injuries. Still had 1400 RBI's
@@adrianereeder Yes, they're anti-aging medicine; that's why they should be legal. He hasn't used "gear" for 15 years supposedly, but has to use TRT; which I'd actually prefer cycling steroids over in my opinion.
But he also ratted out teammates, put a black eye on baseball, promoted steroids for high school athletes, and let us not forget got in trouble with the law multiple times. Good player on the field ok yes, however off the field he was a douchebag.
He so damn good looking. I am a number one fan of Canseco. He is excellent with his fans. He gives you his attention when you’re speaking to him. Very polite. Not a snob at all.⚾️⚾️
Matthew Jay Evans We’re talking about on the field we’re not talking about his life off the field we’re talking about when he Was on the field playing ball. It was great!!!!⚾️
The fact that he used steroids to get his fame is unacceptable but I still admire him. He was a hero to so many A's fans. He brought people to the ballpark everyday.
Nick Perez Hey genius .... it wasn't illegal back in the early 90s .... why you mad at the players ... the only one here to blame was the commissioner... the one and only... Bud Seligh ... he is the one to blame
Tony Vasconcelos hey genius, it was illegal in the 90s. And yes it was the commissioners fault for not cracking down on the players. I never said I disliked anybody. But cheating is cheating and there is no excuse for it. I like Jose but he cheated and he got punished. Before you go commenting on someone else's comment, do your research and actually know what your talking about.
No he's NOT just a " _____ " fill in the blank whatever. A-Rod was his friend and teammate and A-rod made moves on Jose's wife and mother of his child. Men are people too.
Those HR records by PEDs players should be wiped out. Why is Canseco alienated while others left to enjoy the way they cheated baseball? Even what Pete Rose did pales in comparison to this. Rose should be a Hall of Famer and no matter how much they wait, I have already inducted him. Shame on MLB, their ineptness is the reason I watch and go to more soccer games than baseball.
I remember when he first came up with Oakland in 85. He brought hope to A's fans. In 86 when he got rookie of the year he brought fans back to the ballpark. I read his book. At points he is honest and at other points delusional. he said fans made racist comments to him. If fans made racist statements in Oakland, they would have had their ass kicked. Dave Stewart said he did not like Jose. I think Stewart would have kicked his ass in fight. Don't believe me? Look at the on field fights Stewart had. Canseco never lived up to his potential. He was a more complete player than Magwire, more honest, but also his own worst enemy.
WTF YALL TALKING ABOUT? Please give me a link to a rod admitting to doping and being kicked off the Yankees. (Though a rod doesn't make me a Yankees fan i been that since birth) i still need the evidence
My take guys..... I believe steroid use was shoved into the mouths of these atheletes from the owners / corporations . Arod did admit use of steroids . It's disappointing that these guys can't make good again . They both seem sincere.
@@johnnygunzfilmbuff7821 you wouldn’t say that because nobody has ever considered your goofy ass to know a thing about the sport of baseball. You’re a whole goofy tryna talk down on someone you don’t even know about. Clown.
