@@kaivalenzuela8895 My first advice is if you're tired take a nap. Next is avoid lethargic foods like wheat, and sugar. Next consume healthy fats fatty fish, nuts, avocados, olive/coconut/ghee oils, plenty of eggs/meat. Now you have the fats feeding the brain sip on tea as you study Peppermint + Chamomile is a good choice for prolonged focus but you can alternate with Black tea and Green tea and see which works best for you.
This guy makes so much sense to me, I have had my suspicions for years, things that didnt quite make sense that nobody else seemed to know notice or believe. Like when coincidences happened in my life, but lots of them in a relatively short space of time. I just had that feeling that everything was right with the universe and it felt to me that everything was lining up just as it should be and this was coupled with things going my way and a good feeling that my life was on the right path, This is as an adult, and I would also predict litttle things that seemed odd at the time but it was like I knew what was going to happen. As a child I believed there was something I couldnt explain that I felt like I was in touch with and could think thoughts to and would feel like I was getting responses but I realise this makes me sound like a crazy person but there was something there...But as an adult these times in my life when I had got on a better path that were strewn with coincidences that just seemed inplausable there would be so many, now I believe it was signs sent to me that I could recognise which explains now what was really going on. I didnt understand its purpose cause or reason at the time but now it makes complete sense to me. It is when I was most tuned in, some people would say to God, I prefer the expression the creator, more like a computer programmer, I think so anyway. Does this or anything else I have said here, make sense to anyone else.?
It seems strange, but people like you would be the type of people I would want conversations with, even if I didn't understand everything talked about. Most people however who don't think as you do tend to go along with the crowd and think very shallow about life and have nothing much to talk about.

This is a method I learned called " Mental Play " (MP for short) in a book called " fundamentals of Piano Technique by Chang Chaun C. The authir mentions how thia Mental Play technique should be consciously used for other things in life and how we do it unconsciously.

Maybe if you go to level and start listening the audios of the language you want to learn, at alpha level a person who studies English for 30 minutes a day learns to make a conversation in 3 months, maybe you at Beta level will learn it in less time, I think it will depend on the language you want to learn and the time you dedicate to it. You can do it. I normally get into a position laying on my back. It’s so much relaxing for me. Make sure your back is laying against something but don’t fall asleep.
