Wow, this is such an important talk. I listened to it three times in row and intend to listen to it again. So practical are the methods to free our minds of the troublesome thoughts we have. Thank you, Joseph.
Through listening to Joseph's talks, I've realized that I have the aversive personality tendency, so this talk was extremely helpful!! Judgment/criticism makes the world so small! and feels so constricted; that's the opposite of what I want! There are 4 conditions for the removal of aversion, what 4? mindfulness, investigation, wise reflection, and metta. Great take-aways from this talk, among them, the importance to train in patience and lovingkindness. So be it, see to it!
Love this wisdom has helped me develop my mind i realized how far my intellect and wisdom is compared to everyone else cause i been listening to wisdom and knowledge like this at a young age i feel like consciously my mind is way ahead of everyone else I think my analytical philosophical mind kinda annoys or irritates people cause they think I'm a smart ass when ive always been attracted to this kind of knowledge
