i still have never understood how Kony terrorized Northern, Eastern Uganda, South Sudan, C.A.R and Congo. There's a big conspiracy to the whole Kony story.
The man has seen a lot and he looks helpless. I think the government of Uganda try need to give him more opportunities like going back to school since he's now a disabled person.
The people of northern Uganda are wise only that this rebellion interrupted them if you can hear from their musics and others things that need mental ability

The same thing happened in Luwero, where the NRM soldiers put on the last armies clothing and shot at citizens, and am pretty sure museveni used that same strategy to murder Northerners. This rebels did alot of crimes against humanity in the late 80s,90s and early 2000s and that's why they are still in the bush to date.They are afraid of facing the consequences of their actions which include facing the Ugandan government and the ICC.
May be he is a brother to kony why is he incisting that kony can not be tressed but my re quest is to be given security by the government other wise they will revenge against him.
