Here's part 2 of the live stuff I filmed with a few FLIP cameras around my drums towards the end of the "Lights In The Sky" tour. Pretty much straight out bashing (cool 7/8 stuff in the verses) but this one was exciting to play every night. One of my favorite moments in the set every night that I always looked forward to was 2nd Verse up through the breakdown.

The guy is fucking amazing, he actually can play to the most beautiful dynamic rythms to the kick ass stuff like this, without a doubt he is one of the most completed drummers nowadays

Josh is the freaking MAN, best drummer NIN ever had. I remember when he broke his foot on tour with APC and had to learn how to play his kick with the other foot. You couldn’t tell the difference. Dude is amazing.

Actually the funny thing with that is that it's not that hard to play the kick drum with your left foot, especially if it's not something fast, it's the right foot on the hi-hat that is tricky, at least for me

Ahh, this takes me back. I was lucky to catch a NIN show during this tour; seeing this live was absolutely amazing. But seeing it from this perspective is a real treat. A truly great drummer 🍻

Saw Josh jam with DEVO in Houston a few years back,he was setup on the left front stage which was bad ass cuz i could see all of his movements really good.The man is amazing on the drums.

I love how Reznor tosses the mic stand at 1:21 like it's a fucking paper towel roll. On the other, more important hand, I love this video for the work done by Josh Freese, . Saw NiN in -14, although at that time Ilan Rubin was on drum duty. March of the Pigs was clearly the high point of the set. This drumming turns people CRAZY.
