He is a great passer. I just hope that translates to the eastern conference. If he tightens up the passes in the paint… He does a great job of not giving the defense any cue to his passes.

these highlights were great. i did notice that in many of them, OKC was losing. the stats you showed on Giddey individually were great, but what effect does he have on an offense when you're running things with Giddey? He sort of reminds me of a tall Rondo, and I don't mean that as a huge compliment.
Great video! I would add that he makes a few passes every single game that don't show up as assists, but are just as beautiful as these. He's so great about giving up the ball is rare to see nowadays
Cool vid, and great analysis. As an Aussie, Giddey is the reason I became on OKC fan, just because I started watching all their games this year and loved what I saw. While Giddey is not the only reason I've become a Thunder fan, he's a big part of it. I just love the style of play of this team, especially their teamwork and resillience. They are a fun team to watch, and play a brand of basketball that became rare. OKC have so much young, raw talent, and I think they're gonna make a huge impression over the next few years.
Couldn’t agree more man. Even 2 years ago when they hadn’t “broke out” yet you could tell they were building something and playing ball the right way. Can’t wait to continue to watch this team grow!

I've read so many so called experts proposing ludicrous trades that would land OKC a superstar like Joel Embiid or Dame, and each of the proposals include Dort, Giddy and a lot of picks. It's idiotic. There isn't a player in the NBA I'd trade Giddy for. Thats right. Embiid for Giddy straight up? No thanks! He's an integral piece to the potential success of the Thunder, and he can't be replaced. Hes the least tradable player on the team. I hope Presti agrees with me.
Nice breakdown. As an Aussie I was super excited for Ben Simmons and we all know how that turned out. Very exciting to see another Aussie doing really well in the NBA especially with an exciting young team.
I think Josh Giddy is the best young play maker in the NBA. I can't think of a player in the league I would trade him for. 20 years from now, his jersey will hang in the rafters, and he'll be remembered as one of the all time play making passers in NBA history.
