I KNOW I WAS THINKING THE SAME THING!! And also how I fan is talking to Josh. YET, the fans aren't saying anything to josh like how awesome he is, they bring up Hayley yet again.
For the part where Hayley said because i Am the singer. the title is Paramore/josh and hayley moments And the person who made the video Mayorlanie & the time was 3:42 where the video clip starts for that part..
its funny because at the time no one thought anything of it... but now, since they've left and he posted that massive blog thing, we know there was a hint of seriousness behind that...
@ToshaThomasMiller that's a good point. i also saw one where the band had orange hair wigs to look like her and Josh was saying "everybody look at me" and was jumping around. he was just having fun and teasing her, DEFINITELY not trying to hurt or offend her, so maybe that's just a band joke or something? Especially if she says that exact phrase sometimes, too.
Yeah I think no one can say that hayley isn't the center of attention in Paramore. But I think that if it is in that way, all the other members should agree with that, for comfort or whatever. This wasn't the case with Josh, that is way he left. I think some people don't care not being recognized for their job, just getting paid is enough, but some poeple care.
That's awesome, I didn't know Hayley said that! I'm glad to hear that they're doing great. I really don't know how they do it. I mean, I spent the summer living and working with four other people and it was soo hard and dramatic. I'm really glad the band had a strong foundation of friendship before they started, because its got to be TOUGH living and working together, plus with the media analyzing your every move? Props to them.
I don't take this to heart, I think Josh was joking. Either way I still love them both forever, the both have ups and downs in their personalities. After all they are human. I love his little 'Oh My God' he sounds so shy. Paramore
Yeahh she does tend to Say look at me when she is Hyper, if u watch Funny Hayley moments u can see, i've watched so many LOL, so ii cant remember which exact video she says that in! But ii think its titles in Funny Paramore moments and stuff ;)
@kawaiiEm0xa behind her back? he posted it on the damn internet, for everyone to see, including the rest of the band. and im pretty sure he has said those "shitty things" to hayleys face already. he probably put her in her place plenty of times. hence why she was whining about it on half the songs off brand new eyes.
u guys he does tht as a joke they are like really good friends, and they joke around, they arent gonna like split up the band or anything its just a joke
in this case it is. lol. especially if the person reading it doesnt know what you're talking about...like they don't know that hayley actually said that.
@htown325 I don't think "he put her in her place" 'cause Hayley is one of the celebs that are who they are, she's not a fake, she's more real than other artists :)
yeah... but i think he also mean it... coz this one isnt the only time he says that.. but dont mind, love him, love her, love everyone else in the band, love the band together^^ and as long they love each other, i'll love them more xD

What I don't understand is that if they never wanted the fame thing, why did they agree to join in on Hayley's record deal when she asked them, instead of just saying 'sorry, you might have to go it alone. We'd just prefer to be a garage band'. I love all of them, and I can't claim to know what went on, or any of their personalities behind closed doors, but that's one thing that kind of made me take Hayley's side.

I don't think it's Hayley's fault that she gets all the attention. She's the only female in the band so automatically the media make it all about her. Plus she's the lead singer and she's always upfront. You notice when bands do interviews the lead singer almost always talks??
I thought she was just messing around, especially because she was jumping up and down and Josh pushed her playfully after. I think Josh takes little cheap shots at her in most interviews and he makes faces like he doesn't like her, or like he thinks she's stuck up. The only one she really gets along with is Jeremy, and sometimes Taylor because he seems like he's really calm and sweet to everyone. What do you think of my analysis? I know you're a seasoned fan, so I trust your opinion. :)
@rpger691 The thing is that it's always hard to replace the singer cause she/he is the voice of the band, and i'm sure that many fans would be fucked pissed if someone of the others got replaced but it wouldn't sound so much different. And we listen to music cause we like how it sounds and without Hayley it wouldn't sound the same. Just like any other band.
