@@teamkillahHRO it is yet one of quite a few sub grenres of house music that still falls under the, "umbrells," of 90's house music. Pardon me for not getting the exact sub genre correct.
They will never understand this tb-303 if they weren't in love with it in the 90s. Now, in 2017, people might respect it, appreciate it and all, but they will never understand what's there in it that makes blood boil with adrenaline.
I got pulled over for speeding LATE one night on my way home from work way back in the day, blasting this at dangerous levels...Damn you copper (and Josh Wink!)...
to all who inquire. this is the tweekin acid funk mix and is in the original vinyl of 1995.the funny thing is that was the last cut of the album and was added as "filler"
Pure perfect timing. Acid begins at 02:00, grooves at 03:00, culminates at 04:00. A rare track that not only techno freaks love but also even some metalheads.
This scared the crap outta me, I was just minding my own business, listening to this playlist, and this song came on with its alarms and scared the fuck outta me! 😂
I found this yesterday and have listened to it like 100 times.....I will never forget the 1st time I heard it live on the dance floor at "The Club At Firestone" in Orlando. Oh what I night.....I could not get enough....Danced so hard I had to sit the next 2 songs out!
EVERY STAR WARS FAN SHOULD MAKE THIS SONG THERE SOUNDTRACK SONG...I REMEMBER HAVING MAD FUN WITH THIS TRACK...EVEN TIL THIS DAY SOUNDS GOOD AND FRESH!!!
OH....MY....DAAAYYYYYYSSSS----love my kids n the life I have now but just for ONE MONTH take me back to the GOOD YOUNG DAYS...think the day they put me to rest, this will HAVE to play
WOOOOOOOT! The original! What ever happened to those good old days? Raves under a bridge with a solid sound system, a strobe light, nice-price-beers and fun people?
I didn't hear it again, until +/- 6 years ago, i entered a party, and a friend of mine was playing the most wonderfull record i ever heard !! I wrote down the name, and carried the paper it was written on around til my perse broke. A few months ago i remembered and looked it up, and today, 13 years after i first heard it, Josh Wink's "Higher State of Consiousness," is finally on my computer. WOW, I never expected this would happen !!! Thanx internet
Este tema fue un antes y un después en el Rave. Pasamos del Trance al Rave, alucinando con un tema tan potente que ha todos nos marcó y encantó. Gracias por componerlo. Nada habría sido igual. En memoria de la amistad con tantos

it is absolutely fascinating as to the age of this song in relation to the number and enthusiasm of the responses. What a great song. Pteradactyl...word.
