listening to this man saved my relationship me and my wife were sitting in are living room with music playing because we had a argument and we both said things that we regretted and this man songs started playing and as we sat and listened we spent the rest of that night holding each other thanking the good Lord that this man came on and made is realize how much we need each other.
Wow,what an amazing story! I want the same thing to happen to me and the love of my life. It's been 40years since we met. I hope and pray we have a second chance at love.
Lets face it... the only real country that exists today is categorized as "Americana". New Country is nothing more than a plethora of vocally indistinguishable fabrications of generically regurgitated platitudinous lyrical pablum.
Alex Gaebe ur so right i can't beleive just how good he is i stumbled across this and man I'm glad I miss this music but he sounds as good if not better than Marty Robbins, my opinion.. wow
I saw him at the Opry a couple of years ago and fell in love with his voice the moment he started to sing! There are times I hear a little Faron Young in his songs. Amazing singer.....why hasn’t he been discovered????? Come on Nashville wake up!!!
Excellent voice. I love the traditional Country sound. This so reminds me of the days of Conway Twitty, Johnny Cash, Marty Robbins. etc.... Gives me great inspiration for my music as well. As I am trying to make it so that my songs to have just enough of a contemporary sound and feel to attract some main stream listeners, yet keep it traditional enough to keep it truly Country. This is the stuff which will keep traditional Country alive! Good Job.
Dwight yoakam needs to let this man open up his shows us Dwight fans would embrace this mans music he's classic country like Dwight with today's sounds what a voice love it
