Joshua Tree House Build Updates - are we still building it? 

You should make a doc style video about the economics of people who own tennis clubs. I feel like it’s a business that is never really spoke about and seems fairly low cost to startup.

Hey I’m Gen X and childfree. Here’s what it means to be childfree from an older gens perspective. If you’re in a relationship, you will have MUCH less conflict. Children are a huge stressor in a relationship. The flip side, is that children could be the only thing that is really bringing you together w your partner so when the kids grow up, you may realize you have nothing in common w your partner bc it’s all been about the kids. For the childfree, we have much more disposable income, can freely be in creative fields without worrying too much about finances and just have so much more freedom - you can do weekend trips wherever you want, you can eat whatever you want and you have so much less responsibility. Here’s something else no one talks about. Giving birth and having children puts a lot of stress on your body. No joke, me and my husband both look ten years younger. Sure that’s partly genetics but I think it’s mostly that we don’t have children and the stress of keeping little ones alive. Anyway that’s an older generations perspective. Love your channel, Shelby!

Also- a commentary video that I think would be really interesting is the longevity of influencers/people who gain a ton of fame overnight (an example from rn would be reesa Teesa) or people who got famous from memes or other things similar to that. Think Brittany broski and then see how they’ve made a career out of overnight fame and then look at people who did not have the longevity of people like Brittany.

Something I learnt about working out recently that might help you: Strength training boosts your metabolic rate so you continue burning calories faster even when not working out, whereas cardio just burns calories in the moment. A good mix of both is ideal.

Idk I really think you should get out of the Joshua Tree house. You’ve seen how hard it can be with your other house, and how little profit you end up making. Is it really worth having another expensive massive headache, especially when most people now specifically avoid airbnb when they travel? It just feel like trying to get into something years after the fad has passed.

I had bought land and built a house from scratch and it was a lot of work. I buy lots now and flip them. Less work. I do pretty well selling lots.

I think a very interesting video for you to do is the San Andreas fault! I lived in Vancouver in 80s when I first heard about it and was worried sick as scientists have been saying any day now since back then! It’s going to be a big one as the two plates are not side by side, ie the plates are sitting on one another and one is going to slide off the other and cause a +10 Richter scale quake! People don’t have plans in place and they say falling glass from buildings will be a huge issue!

Hi 👋 Idk if you know this but people should only wear their sport shoe for the sport and then change into another shoe to walk around. I used to run 🏃‍♀️ and that was a big thing that I was taught. The shoe forms to your foot and provides the best fit for that sport. Just thought I’d give a tip, hope no one minds 😅😊

Do you do more planning and brainstorming on your main channel compared your Vlog channel?

You should try a drop set workout, it will help you know when the ending is, and it pushes you because you know when the time is up. I see you use the treadmill so you could do a workout where you do 3:00 treadmill, 30 reps of a arm workout, 30 reps of abs, 30 reps of legs, and then go back to treadmill for 2:00 and repeat 20 reps of each exercise and get back on treadmill for 1:00 and 10 reps for each exercise. You could also choose 4 of your favorite exercises (variety is best) and do 10 reps the first round of each exercise then 9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of each exercise for each round. I stare at clock too, and these workouts really help me on days that I feel sluggish.

The funnier Shelby is the more attractive she becomes, I think she’s fun with a good sense of humour ✌️❤️🇬🇧

I have noticed that in past videos, the subject was always discussed first and would have to scroll through the video to find the answer. I would love if I could see the subject discussed in the thumbnail itself first.
