Jotaro low key had to play the muscle, brains, strategist, and leader of the group most of the time while also being a mentor for Josuke. I guess that’s all they could do as the Morioh crew was mostly citizens anyway. Tough shoes to fill for sure.

I think it's the same reason Jotaro couldn't smash SHA. He's getting older, and losing stand power with age. Note how he can't freeze time as long as in Stardust Crusaders.

DeVBestt Jotaro will do anything to protect the people he cares about. It's one of the best parts of his character. He will readily sacrifice himself to protect others, and it's so FUCKING noble and I LOVE IT.

@@Flevir While it may not be the best part, I really like how part 6 handles... (part 6 spoilers, you've been warned) Jotaro's death. Him dying to shield his daughter is both sad, kind of touching, and it shows how much of a selfless badass he is. (Even if he comes back at the end, because the 2nd universe reset restores everyone killed by Pucci, while also deleting Pucci.)
Flithy Nobeard I know it’s a joke but whenever people say that I think that the rat probably just thinks he is teleporting. If he doesn’t attack time stop basically just is a teleport.
Jotaro does keep his time stop a secret, to everybody else it just seems like he teleports and I doubt Jotaro told anyone about it even. The problem is that he didn’t use Star Platinum for 10 years which caused it to get a bit weakened.

It's crazy. Part 3 Jotaro would have given Kira the DIO finisher. Part 4 Jotaro without injuries would've killed him right here excessively. Injured Jotaro just wasn't angry enough.
Guanglai Kangyi is Koichi's name in the Duwang translations of the manga, where basically a Chinese guy made bad scans and translations for the manga which spawned a bunch of memes. This was way before DiU aired on TV.
@@jiwoo2820 Cos it's the same character in Chinese and Japanese, but the pronunciation diverges quite drastically. I'm guessing that the guy used existing Chinese translations for his base to do the English translation, hence not knowing how 杜王 or 康一 would sound like in Japanese.
