Hii Adete!! I have been journaling since 6-7 years, though not very consistent , I really feel that's the best thing to do to gain clarity and vent out and as u said," Paper has more patience than people". But for someone who is dealing with anxiety the journaling needs to be done in a different way. Can you please elaborate in a reel or video on how to journal for mental clarity and anxiety?
As a teenager i think to write free writing and when I write something important or talk about it i will mark the page because as a introvert it helps a lot 😊😊😊
What an insightful video 🥰😍 I have tried every app possible 😅 but came back to the good old pen and paper! Even at work, I write down things everytime! I use a fairly expensive notebook so that I don't skip journaling!! And you have covered everything possible in a nutshell!! ❤️❤️❤️
Hii adete...it's a really nice video on Journaling. Thanks for coming up with this topic. In today's world it is really important to watch our mind and thoughts by simply writing it up. But this is at times so you know ...complex of what to write.... So the need of the hour is to aware and educate people around us about how a paper and a pen can change their own lives by just writing whatever comes in their mind and also, a really better way to communicate and connect with yourself... Yeah looking forward to the Journaling ideas about anxiety etc.
Thnx for this beautiful video 📸 nd please tell me from where I should start my day, I want to do so many things, productivity n all but I don't know from where I should start it😥😥 please reply
I will tell you one thing, no one cares. I also had the same thinking, but I realised that no one actually cares so much that they'd read all of your entries. Just don't really talk and show your journal around, and don't particularly hide it either. When you hide it, people have that curiosity. But when you treat it just as any other diary or book, they don't really seem to notice.
Hey, so I personally have used the following: 1. Notion ( currently using, love it) 2. My diary (has prompts, beautiful themes, password protected) 3. Routinery (for habit tracking) 4. Presently (lovely and simple gratitude journal)
