You can't build something on nothing.The court that gave initial order lacks jurisdiction.Everything decided without jurisdictions is null and void, no matter how good your case is.

This APC station has never been objective in their analysis. The Court of Appeal never nullified the expulsion of any member of Rivers State House of Assembly. In fact nobody expelled them, rather they expelled themselves.

You guys are a big disgrace to Nigeria democracy. How can a court pronounce say otherwise that the law makers who declared their defection to another party publicly before the HALLOWED Chamber and before Nigerians and the whole world on national TV did not defect? Shame on the stupid corrupt judiciary and all those twisting the truth because of interest above national interest, democracy and the rule of law.

Because you lack how court VS. the constitution works. Saying something doesn't mean you do it. Just like if you kill someone and you said in a TV show that you did not kill her. Can that be taken as you don't kill her. In law, we have what we call substantial proof of evidence. Mere Saying is out it. It can only lead to investigation.
