Poor Jordan getting lectured in these episodes but in the future looking back he will be glad he had this guidance. I wish I had this earlier in my career, most boss don't give a damn like Mat does.
Mat any plans to install a cryo therapy chamber in your house, and also a hyperbaric sleep chamber/pod (metal capsule) that many bodybuilders & others have in their house for their longevity & recovery?
I often operate like Jordan so it’s good to see. I think if you can’t stop what you’re doing for 2 mins to lock in a time with a client or contact then things get lost and things fall through. If everything is in your head to book later or written on a napkin you’ll lose it. Think too of the service to the client. Seller or buyer. I will call or meet you at 3pm Thursday and then you do. You come across put together and professional.
Mat ….don’t call them buyer appointments ….call them “confirmed and booked buyer appointments” and Jordan’s answer can only be “zero”. He’s lucky to have you as his mentor
Jordan is good heated non-nasty guy, but his instincts seem to kick in and he does things way he does (doesn’t get off computer & handfree audio-kit while Mat is conducting meeting ; instead of admitting 0 confirmed says will have some booked-in by 430pm that day, spending excessive sponsorship dollars unnecessarily, not being 100% present & attentive when in-person with clients). If Mat can fine tune Jordan and re-program him efficiently & quickly, LOOK OUT! Jordan will be a machine
