Wasn’t a good example going over an exit criteria. You pretty much skipped over it. It would’ve been a good way to introduce how other SFMC applications are tied together and how you could use those things, like a triggered ID from a completed form, to exit the customer out of the Journey.
26:30 of your video where you are trying to look at the example you are sharing, there is no wait time before the decision split/ Will it not allow the user to immediately move to the next steps. So no one will receive the Scheduling confirmation since it will move directly to wait for 3 day or 7day randomly
