Pay attention to the drums. Fantastic work by Steve Smith. 81 was a very good year. So many classic albums: Escape (Journey), Moving Pictures (Rush), Paradise Theater (Styx), Hi Infidelity (REO Speedwagon).

I am could already tell Charisse would love it. But I am really surprised and happy to see Amber liking this one too. Jorney is such a good band and this song is for sure a classic. Whenever a song or artist is able to survive across so many generations and still appeal to so many different people, I always try to answer the question "Why is this a classic?". Even if there is no definitive answer, it is always interesting to think about why people love what they love. Especially when it has been loved through so many years. There're some genius thoughts behind it, and I want to know what.

Just like Aerosmith, Journey is a band that I haven't listened to in ages although I have their best studio albums from 1981 - 1996 & 2008. I'll go with 8.5 with this one.

Steve Perry has got a great voice. Journey were are really good band in the day. They weren't really my genre at the time, but over the years, I've come to appreciate them. I'll go an 8.5
