TN resident here! Dallas has beautiful apartments! Just a little more pricey than TN. When my daughter moved to Dallas, she had a leasing Agent that took us around to 10 Apt complexes prior to deciding on one! There are so many opportunities in Tx. Congratulations!!! Dallas has a lot to offer! Prices are going up since everyone is moving here but it’s still AFFORDABLE compared to a lot of other major cities. Nice video 😃
I've lived in Dallas before and Las Colinas is the best place to live! That was over 25 years ago! Its Really upgraded! I would ❤ waking up to a waterfront!😍 Gorgeous!
Same here but take it from sum1 that used to live in Dallas those complexes will bump your rent up quick n fast. In 2 years that spot will be at least $1700

Dallas native, try the Richardson area. It’s centrally located near the Plano , Frisco area and not too far from downtown Dallas. On another note , that one two story bedroom was way too small.
Liked the apartments. Just a FYI if you do any more videos you might want to move your camera slower filming. I couldn't continue watching because it actually gave me motion sickness.
Definitely better than what you get in Phoenix. Phoenix suddenly turned upside down over night so to speak. And Dallas seems like it has better scenery than Phoenix. At least theres grass 🙄
Jobs must be really paying in CA. Cause in TX even with me working in finance jobs look at you crazy if you want more than $17-18/hour. I don’t know what type of income requirements they have to qualify for apartments in California either but here almost everywhere wants you to make 3x the rent. So to get a 1 bedroom for $2100 in TX I’d need to prove I made over $6300 a month…
