I am happy to announce I achieved my level 3 certification at LDRS 42 !! BUT this comes with a twist . I performed a test flight Saturday before LDRS 42 and the L1520T I used for the test flight CATO'd destroying the bottom half of the booster !
So this video covers everything that happened from the CATO , Repairs and Successful cert flight at LDRS 42 .

I was so tired ! I asked my wife if I was insane trying to rebuild it in time for LDRS. She said no you are just determined

First off, Congrats on your L3. That said I cannot believe your bad luck prior to your cert. You truly are an inspiration to this community in fighting through all odds and coming out on top. BTW, what is your "home club?". I lived most of my life in Connecticut and my next trip up that way I would love to attend one of your launches and say Hi in person. Next step TAP? Bob Munday

So you blew up your booster 5 days before your level 3 attempt it it still looked better on the pad that mine. Maybe I need to learn how to paint better... Congrats man!

Thank you ! One of the most stressful things I went through ! Build another booster , paint and decals I felt crazy haha . It all was worth it secured the L3 !
