Journey to my father : After 33 years *Part 2* 

I love the fact that the questions didn't matter anymore. So many times in our life we hold grudges waiting looking for those unnecessary answers. I'm happy for you Cher peek!

My husband finally reunited with his biological father 32 years later also. This story brings me so much happy tears. I’m so happy you was able to reunited with your dad. You are right about being lucky to have many parents this life time, but no one knows what it really feel. Wish I was able to capture my husband first moment like this.

We didnt know this uncle lives there too until last year when we went there, saw his wife n after chatting with her, we found out who her husband is (he wasnt home at the time). it was a surprised reunion for us too. He is an great uncle, always make people feel warm n welcome. Our driver who is not related by blood called him “dad”. So glad that u r able to reunited with your dad after 33 yrs.

He lost his battle to cancer in 1998 ..when I was 5 ...but watching your video ..your journey ..brought me so much emotions and i literally felt like I've found my father through this video . This video has brought so much joy to me and my heart is so content. Thank you ... because of your video, I was able to experience what it would be like if I can meet my father again. I'm happy you found your dad despite whatever the past may be, you hold no anger and that's amazing. Seeing you and your dad together and the words you spoke of your journet makes me miss my dad very much. My dad recently passed and his funeral is a week away and I'm just not ready to accept that he is no longer here with us. My dad was the most selfless, loyal, and wise man I've ever known. His love for all his 12 kids was unconditional. I'm very fortunate to have many fond memories with him and I wish I could had created more. Cherish your parents when they're still living well is the best advice I can say. Best of wishes to you and your families!

Bro I'm so happy you finally found and met your father after all these years. By watching your journey it just made me shed tears cause I lost my father few years back. I wish I could find my father to hug my him but he is no longer in this world. If I could go to the end of the world to find him I'll go right now. For those who lost a father regardless of the situation we can only understand what it's like without a father. For those who still have a father, cherish the moment.

You are lucky, no matter what happened in the past, today you still get to say whatever you want to each other, you still get to show your love to each other, and most importantly, you still have each other. Makes me so happy for you brother! watching this made me cry. I wish I could just get on a plane and within a few hours I can walk into my father’s arms. Wish I could say I love you to him, wish I could tell him how much he means to me and how important he is to my life. But unfortunately, when you’re just separated by thousands of miles of oceans and thousands of miles of mountains, no matter how far or how tall, you can cross those oceans and mountains to see each other, but when you’re separated by just six feet of dirt, it’s forever......and can never be again.

Absolutely love it, so happy you reunited with your father again. I can't say I can relate because my parents pass away already. But, I know how it is for a son/daughter in need of their parents love. What a happy ending, there are so many Hmong have shared the same experience. He is a very proud grown-up talented young man who is lucky to have a much better life and truly has love and passionates and wander whereabout his father is but seems doesn't miss his dad as his dad does. If that were me, I would rush jumping out of the car and go hug my dad and kneeling down my knee in front of my dad right away..
