I only just read of Randy Bennett's passing. As someone who had the pleasure to meet him in the late 80's I'm very very sorry to hear this news (albeit late). I wish you guys nothing but success, health and happy training going forward. I'm sure you're all doing him proud.

kata and then jabs, hooks and cross in training!! whg not just junk the Hollywood props, drama and kata, just run a mma studio.

@@少川靖男 that's pretty ignorant and obnoxious. Not everyone wants to do MMA, believe it or not. There are many reasons why someone might prefer a traditional martial arts school over an MMA gym.
